Once your loan closes, the servicing of your loan will eventually transfer. This transfer can happen before your first payment is due, or after your first payment is due. You will receive notification via email that contains the Notice of Assignment, Sale or Transfer of Servicing Rights. This notification will contain your new servicer’s contact and payment mailing information.
