About Eric Egenhoefer

As CEO of Waterstone Mortgage, Eric Egenhoefer seeks to bring about positive change in the mortgage industry to better serve homebuyers. As a member of both Freddie Mac’s and Ellie Mae’s advisory boards, Eric is consistently on the cutting edge of technology and spearheading innovative mortgage solutions. Eric is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization, Mortgage Bankers Association, and Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Eric founded Waterstone Mortgage Corporation in 2000 to offer customers a better experience at the closing table. As the company expands, Eric and his employees continue to focus their efforts on producing high-quality loans by gathering the necessary documentation early, funding early, and providing customers with transparency throughout the loan process.
