Chris Smith has been helping homeowners with their financing needs continuously for 30 years, first as a loan originator, and for the past 22 years, managing every aspect of mortgage lending offices. He has been directly involved in overseeing thousands of mortgage transactions, ensuring loans close on time in a sometimes difficult and constantly changing industry.

Chris is originally from Connecticut – he attended the University of Connecticut, graduating with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He relocated to Tampa in 2005. Chris has been married for 25 years and has three children attending college.
