Our Florida region is growing!
With the opening of our new Jacksonville, FL branch, we are excited to serve even more homebuyers in the Sunshine State. When we announced our Jacksonville branch opening last month, we were floored by the positive feedback from customers and business partners.
Our Jacksonville team is led by Area Manager Steve Strother, who has 30+ years of experience in mortgage lending and financial services. (In other words, he knows a thing or two about finding the best home loan options for each customer’s unique situation.)
Throughout his career, Steve has worked in a variety of sales and leadership roles for companies such as Southland Mortgage of Jacksonville, Lehman Brothers, and VyStar Credit Union.
Plus, Steve was born and raised in the Jacksonville area, so he knows the people and the market very well.
“With the influx of people relocating to the North Florida area, specifically Duval and St. Johns County, we have tremendous opportunities to help future homeowners obtain the mortgage that specifically meets their needs,” Steve says.

Aside from conventional loans, Steve is excited to offer non-warrantable condo loans, investment property loans, no-down-payment options (even for repeat homebuyers), no-down-payment jumbo loans up to $750,000, and FHA and VA loans for homebuyers with less-than-perfect credit.

The new office is located at 10752 Deerwood Park Boulevard, Suite 100, in the city of Jacksonville. As we get settled in, we’re also looking for talented people to join our local team there! This includes loan originators, mortgage processors, and administrative/sales assistants.
“I will be looking for team members that are experienced and people who are brand new to the mortgage industry,” Steve says. “More importantly, they must be motivated and have a passion for helping homebuyers. Our team will have fun and enjoy our successes together.”
With the addition of our Jacksonville branch, we now have offices in many major Florida markets, including Winter Park (Orlando), Ft. Walton Beach, Port Orange, Orlando, Jupiter, and Ft. Myers.
