This is cause for celebration!
We recently moved into a new Home Office, located at 17950 West Corporate Drive, Suite 100, in Brookfield, Wisconsin. It was yet another exciting milestone in our company’s history.
We marked the special occasion with a Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting event on August 7, which was well-attended by our local team members.
The best part? Most likely the food, of course. Our Grand Opening included a “Taste of Brookfield,” with light food and beverages from local restaurants. Our team members were encouraged to take their food “passport” to the various stations, as they sampled the delicious fare. Once their passports were marked off by each restaurant, they were entered into a raffle to win a gift card provided by one of the restaurants. Delish!
Everyone enjoyed exploring the new office and connecting with their colleagues in person. It was a wonderful way to kick off the next chapter in our company’s story.
Since Waterstone Mortgage was founded in 2000, we have served thousands of families and individuals around the nation. Previously located in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, our Home Office move was one part of our initiative to provide an engaging, innovative workspace for our corporate team, while accommodating the shift to a predominantly hybrid workforce.
“With many of our team members working remotely or with a hybrid schedule, the transition to a smaller but more modernly equipped space made sense,” says Elizabeth Spragg, our Chief People & Administrative Officer. “Our new location will allow our team members to collaborate effectively and operate efficiently — both in and outside the office — so we can continue providing the best possible experience for our homebuyers.”
Our new Home Office includes several conference rooms for in-person meetings, plus open workstations that can be reserved by our team members for the day. The office was designed and constructed in collaboration with Nathan Keller, Founder and CEO of Tillit Consulting — a leader in commercial construction projects for the greater Milwaukee area. Nate was a key partner in the development of our new space, and we can’t thank him enough for his amazing work!
As we near our 25th anniversary next year, the Home Office transition is only one part of our plan to continue delivering an elite experience for customers nationwide.
