We’re proud to announce that our Chief Information Officer (CIO) Tom Knapp has been named on Mortgage Professional America (MPA)’s “Hot 100” list for 2018.
This award honors the top 100 professionals who are known for “turning up the heat” in the mortgage industry (essentially, these are the movers and shakers of their field).
We are honored to have Tom as an essential member of our executive leadership team. Without his invaluable expertise and guidance, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
As our CIO, Tom headed up the company’s mobile app initiative, which was launched last year. Waterstone Mobile brings the loan process to the customer’s fingertips (via their mobile devices).
He also oversees new technology initiatives, web applications, technology infrastructure support, information systems, and vendor management.
Tom received the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Chief Information Officer of the Year Award for 2018, and he is a member of Ellie Mae’s CIO Advisory Board.
In his down time, Tom likes to indulge in Italian food. If he could live anywhere in the world, he would choose Ireland. Preferably, he would be driving his dream car – a 1969 Corvette convertible – around the Irish countryside.
