Exciting news! In their September 2021 issue, National Mortgage Professional (NMP) magazine named us one of the “Most Loved Employers” for this year.
What earned us this impressive moniker? NMP asked their readers for feedback on their employers – in the categories of compensation, loan turnaround time, marketing support, technology, culture, long-term strategy, day-to-day management, internal communications, training opportunities, industry participation, and innovation.
The 2021 list of "Most Loved Employers" includes companies that are known for promoting work-life balance; fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion; and supporting their people. We were recognized as a Bronze winner in the "Largest Number Of Senior Employees (10+ Years)" category. Many of our team members have been here 5+ years, and several others have celebrated their 10th anniversary recently. Since our company is only 21 years old, we think this is a pretty amazing feat!

We strive, every day, to provide a positive, engaging workplace that allows our team members to thrive in their professional roles. Plus, we focus on fostering a family-like culture that makes new employees feel welcome and included.
To ensure that we are on the right track to provide a supportive, fulfilling workplace, we periodically gather feedback from our team members. This was especially important when the COVID-19 pandemic caused us to re-structure our work environment (as many of our employees transitioned to working remotely last year, and then settled into a hybrid schedule of on-site and at-home work this year.) Our pandemic response plan helped our team members make the transition with ease.
