Heather is often the friendly voice you hear when you call Team Gwen. As your first point of contact, she schedules loan applications for our referrals and manages our client database. She is the liaison to our realtor partners, assists with marketing campaigns, organizes events, and follows up with our clients after closing with first payment reminders. She oversees operations for our Eagle branch and assists with new hire training.

With eight years of experience in the mortgage industry she brings a unique blend of organization, empathy, and attention to detail to her role. She seamlessly slid into her role on Team Gwen in early 2024, like she has been with us forever.

The newest loan partner Andrew to Team Gwen, comes from a background in public safety. After his 6 years in the United States Coast Guard, he transferred into a career as a Firefighter/Paramedic for 13 years. Since moving to Idaho in 2021 and transitioning into a career in mortgage lending, he finds passion in helping people create the stability that homeownership provides. His background helps him to bring a unique sense of calm to homebuyers as they navigate the homebuying journey.

When he’s not at work, Andrew can be found spending time with his wife and 3 daughters. He loves exploring the outdoors that Idaho offers and traveling with his family.

Loan Processor

Kat works with the homebuyer to gather up any needed documents for our underwriters to ensure a smooth and quick escrow. She works with our closing department to send the final documents to the title company.
