home is where your story begins
Julie Carlton
As a mortgage professional with nearly a decade of experience, one of Julie’s greatest strengths is her ability to meaningfully connect with her clients — creating a safe and comfortable space for them to ask questions, explore their mortgage options, and learn how they can achieve their homeownership goals. Julie also has a background as a mortgage underwriter and processor, which gives her an added layer of understanding when it comes to the mortgage process.
Julie finds immense fulfillment in her work, knowing that she’s helping dreams come true. She particularly loves helping those in challenging situations, such as a first-time homebuyer who doesn’t think homeownership is possible, or a divorce situation in which one spouse would like to keep their home but doesn’t know if it’s financially feasible. “I help my clients through difficult times and walk beside them, so they don’t feel alone in the process,” Julie says. “I love to help others, and this career allows me to do so!”
Outside of work, Julie loves spending time with her sons, twins Wesley and Wyatt. She enjoys being outdoors; in the summer, you will find her tending her garden and restocking her hummingbird feeders. Julie also loves music, travel, spending time with family and friends, and a good walk through the woods, along a river. She is happiest when she’s connecting with and helping other people.
Julie earned her B.S. from Suffolk University. She enjoys supporting her local community, including organizations such as Mary’s Dogs Rescue & Adoption (Northwood, New Hampshire) and Easterseals New Hampshire's Veterans Count, which provides holistic services for U.S. veterans and their families.
