Neal Tipton

Neal Tipton has helped homebuyers and homeowners navigate the mortgage process with confidence since 2006. Rooted in Southern Maryland, Neal has built his business through referrals, long-term relationships, transparent communication, strong pre-approvals, and a commitment to closing on time. He focuses primarily on home purchase loans and works with a wide range of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, VA borrowers, jumbo clients, self-employed borrowers, move-up buyers, and investors. He also helps past clients evaluate refinance opportunities when they support their long-term goals.

Backed by a dedicated and experienced team, Neal provides tailored mortgage guidance and proactive service from application to closing. Over the years, he has earned multiple industry recognitions, including Waterstone Mortgage President’s Club honors from 2018 through 2025, with several Platinum- and Diamond-level distinctions. He has also been recognized by Scotsman Guide Top Originators, Scotsman Guide Top Emerging Stars, National Mortgage News Top Producers, and Mortgage Executive Magazine’s Top 1% Mortgage Originators in America.

Neal earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from New York University. He is a member of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors, where he was named Affiliate of the Year in 2015. Outside of work, Neal enjoys investing, traveling, astronomy, rocketry, and LEGO. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Neal is also available by appointment in the evenings, while weekend availability is generally reserved for active pre-approved clients making offers.
