Nichole Curtis

Nichole has more than a decade of experience in the home financing industry and over 25 years of experience in customer service. She also has previous experience working in the Private Wealth Management sector. Nichole is passionate about ensuring her clients understand the financing process and enjoy the homebuying experience. With 5 years of previous experience as a loan processor, she has a multi-faceted understanding of the loan process, allowing her to see any “bumps in the road” at the beginning of the journey, address them effectively, and ensure a seamless loan experience. Nichole prides herself in supporting her clients through their journey and she specializes in working with first-time homebuyers. She has extensive knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional loans.

Nichole has been awarded Rookie of the Year and has achieved top-producing loan volume within her first 5 years as a loan originator. In her role as Sales Manager, she is excited to focus on inspiring and coaching other loan originators to grow and thrive in their business while cultivating an encouraging and collaborative environment. Nichole truly enjoys sharing and teaching methods to foster a growth mindset utilizing proven strategies and positivity.

Outside of her business role, Nichole enjoys travel, nature, running, visiting her daughter at college, and spending time with her husband and dog, Bailey. She recently moved near the Winchester, VA area where she is eager to become an active participant in her local community. Nichole co-leads a group in Northern Virginia – Inspiring Women in Real Estate – supports Girl Scouts, and has been a volunteer reader to local elementary students.
