When it comes to working in mortgage lending, Steven Lew enjoys getting to know his clients and referral partners — engaging with them to learn more about their interests and situations.

“I feel you really need to get to know the person you are working with to fully grasp what they are looking for in terms of the homebuying process,” Steven says. As a mortgage expert, one of his greatest strengths is being a good listener who takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances and long-term goals.

Steven offers his clients a variety of mortgage solutions, and specializes in conventional loans, FHA loans, DSCR investor loans, and mortgage refinances. Through Waterstone Mortgage, he has the ability to lend in 48 states, but primarily serves homebuyers in southwestern Florida.

Steven and his wife have four wonderful children — Stevie, Penelope, Juliana, and Isla. Together, they enjoy traveling and spending time on the beautiful beaches of southwest Florida. Steven also spends his free time exercising, watching football (college and professional), and being an active member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Cape Coral, Florida. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in educational leadership.
