TJ Courtney

TJ Courtney is a highly dedicated mortgage loan officer and real estate expert with a distinguished background in service. With 20 years of experience in the United States Air Force, TJ completed multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Central America. His personal journey of relocating over 11 times during his military career has given him a unique understanding of the challenges and transitions associated with Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves.

After his honorable military service, TJ transitioned into real estate, quickly establishing himself as a top producer. He has successfully closed over $30 million in VA loan benefit transactions and is recognized for his exceptional performance. In 2020, he was named in REAL Trends and Tom Ferry’s “The 1000” for his solo sales achievements, ranking in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide. In 2021, TJ ranked #13 out of 4,700 solo agents in units sold in the Oklahoma City Metro area. Additionally, he was honored as Keller Williams Central Oklahoma’s Rookie of the Year in 2016.
