Travis Howard

As a mortgage expert with more than 22 years of experience, Travis enjoys structuring loans in the best way possible, so his clients can meet their current and future financial goals. He specializes in a wide variety of home loan programs, and is committed to helping his clients find the options that best fit their unique needs and situations.

While many of his clients are based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Travis serves homebuyers across Texas. Waterstone Mortgage also lends to clients in 48 states (excluding New York state and Hawaii).

When he’s not working, Travis enjoys supporting Homes of Hope International. Each year, he travels with his family to Tijuana, Mexico, where he helps build a home for a family in need.

Travis and his beautiful wife of nearly 20 years have two teenaged sons. They enjoy watching their boys compete in sports and traveling to their cabin in Oklahoma – where they can relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Travis is also a sports enthusiast who plays golf and ice hockey on a regular basis.

If Travis could give his younger self a few words of advice, he would say, “You can’t change the past, so don’t spend time dwelling on it. Learn from your past (your successes and failures) and keep pressing forward.”
