Housing crash? Recession? Those words didn’t scare our team of loan professionals in Appleton, Wisconsin when they started their branch in 2009.
Despite opening their doors to a bleak real estate market, Branch Managers Pam Beattie and Jeff Anklam – along with their team – created a well-respected, viable business that continued to grow and prosper over the years.
During 10 years of business, the Waterstone Mortgage Appleton team has helped more than 4,000 families and individuals in the greater Fox Valley area buy homes. Over the years, the branch also opened two additional offices in Green Bay and Oshkosh.
“It’s an honor for us to play such an integral part in helping individuals purchase homes and build long-term wealth for their families,” Pam says. “We especially love seeing the joy on a first-time homebuyer’s face when they get the keys to their new home.”
This month, the Appleton team celebrated 10 years in business by hosting a cake celebration for past and current clients at their office. They also had a fun gathering for their Realtor and business partners at Game Day Sports Bar in Appleton that same evening.
“Our clients and business partners have been an essential part of our success, so we wanted to thank them for supporting us over the years,” Jeff says. “We’ve been fortunate to build a strong business in the last decade, and we look forward to helping even more people in our local communities finance their homes.”
