Andy Rose

Andy brings to the table over a decade of real estate experience including becoming a licensed broker in Georgia in 2018 and Florida in 2019. Prior to his real estate career, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and worked in the telecommunications field. Andy continues to serve his clients and community with the tenacity and passion that he developed in the United States Marine Corps. With Andy’s service in the United States Marine Corps (and wife Stephanie’s underwriting experience with VA home loans), they strive to help educate current service members, veterans, and fellow agents about the VA home loan benefit.

Andy became a licensed mortgage loan originator in 2024 to further help more veterans and increase his depth of knowledge for VA loans. Born in Florida and raised in Georgia, Andy grew up in Cobb County where he met his wife in school. The Roses currently reside in Dallas, GA with their 4 children. In their spare time, the Roses love to watch college football, travel to the beach, and spend time doing fun activities with their children.
