Brittani Ratcliffe

Brittani Ratcliffe has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services and mortgage lending industries. As a mortgage professional, she is known for her effective communication, exceptional networking skills, and ability to build genuine connections with her clients and business partners.

Brittani offers a variety of home loan options, including conventional, USDA, FHA, and VA loans. While she primarily serves homebuyers in Virginia, West Virginia, and the New River Valley region, she has the ability to lend in 48 states, through Waterstone Mortgage. Brittani is passionate about helping her clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

Outside of work, Brittani enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband Jeffrey and their three children, Maci, Emeree, and Gunner. Their children are active in sports, so the family spends many weekends together at the gym. They also love going to the pool in the summer.

Brittani earned her bachelor’s degree from Bluefield State College and graduated from the New River Valley Leadership Program in 2022. She currently serves as an ambassador for the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, and she is an active member of New Valley Fellowship church in Narrows, Virginia.
