Daniel Bass started his real estate career in 2004. His desire to learn the industry as a whole led him to work many aspects of the real estate spectrum over this time. Daniel has not only worked in the mortgage industry, but he also holds his real estate salesperson license and has even taken time to learn and understand the appraisal side of the industry.

Daniel is a Volusia County native who loves to assist others in achieving their dreams of homeownership in the area he knows so well and has seen growth over the years. With this passion and desire to help others, and his commitment to growing personal and professional relationships, Daniel brings his local and professional knowledge to the table on every transaction to ensure a well informed and a smooth process is achieved.

Daniel calls the city of DeLand his home, and when he is not working, he enjoys visiting the quaint downtown DeLand shops and restaurants, spending time with his son and daughter-in-law, kayaking, biking, hiking, boating, or pretty much anything else Central Florida is famous for.
