Earlier in his career, EJ held a real estate license and managed real estate sales for large bank portfolios, bringing him a well-rounded perspective on both the lending and real estate sides of the transaction.

Now, EJ specializes in creative financing for first-time homebuyers, including national and state grant programs, as well as financing solutions for second homes, jumbo loans, DSCR investor loans, and bank statement programs for self-employed borrowers. He is especially recognized for his ability to rescue difficult transactions, keep deals moving efficiently, and maintain clear communication with clients and agent partners throughout the entire lending process.
