Eric Cotter

Eric Cotter was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, however, for the last 20 years has considered Central Florida his home. He is a former collegiate swimmer and graduate of Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business / Risk Management and Insurance. He has more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to coming on board as a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, Eric held positions at Bank of America and Suntrust Mortgage, where he was consistently recognized as a top producer and recipient of President’s Club awards for sales volume. Throughout his 9 years at Waterstone Mortgage, Eric has consistently ranked among the top loan officers companywide while achieving President’s Club Honors for 6 consecutive years, and has most recently reached the President's Club - Platinum Level distinction.

Eric is a proud father and enjoys spending quality time with his wife Melissa and son Jake, good BBQ, working out, and college football. He is also a member of United States Masters Swimming (USMS) and continues to train and compete on a regular basis.
