Eric Putt joined the mortgage industry in 2005. Due to his commitment to his referral partners and customers, Eric has earned recognition as an elite producer throughout his career. Eric is also nationally recognized in the Top 1% of mortgage loan originators and has been recognized annually as a 5-Star Service Award Professional. With a mindset that drives him to always close on time and to ensure a smooth closing process for his clients, Eric has achieved great success in the mortgage industry.

Eric was born and raised in central Florida and is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida. He lives in Maitland with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Eric stays busy on the softball and baseball fields being a coach and proud parent of his kids’ teams. He also enjoys boating and anything related to being in or on the water.
