Jo Dyess

Jo’s experience in the real estate and mortgage lending industries started when she became a legal secretary to a real estate attorney in 1974. She later worked for a real estate broker and became the manager of a title company, all in the state of Florida. Jo obtained her mortgage broker license in 2003, and has weathered considerable changes in the world of mortgage financing over the years.

Jo thoroughly enjoys helping people obtain financing to buy a new home or refinancing to obtain a more comfortable payment. Additionally, she believes helping senior citizens obtain a reverse mortgage to use the equity in the home they have worked so hard to maintain is well worth the effort, especially when she sees the gratitude and satisfaction in their faces.
