Crestview has transitioned from a town to one of the fastest growing cities in Florida, and Navarre has evolved from a rural community into a flourishing locale. Ken's journey in the mortgage industry began in October 2001, under the mentorship of a seasoned professional. Through meticulous training, he honed his skills in processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing tasks, learning from the best in the business. Initially starting as a manager, Ken's passion for directly assisting clients in achieving their dreams of homeownership led him to transition to a loan originator role in 2003. Over the past two decades, he has thrived in this capacity, deriving immense satisfaction from guiding individuals and families through the complexities of the homebuying process.
