Pam Schubert

Working with first-time homebuyers and veterans to achieve their homeownership dreams is Pam's primary goal, and it has been for the last nearly four decades of serving customers. Pam prides herself on her loan product knowledge including VA and WHEDA with down payment assistance, and her true passion for educating first-time homebuyers and veterans on the industry. She knows the importance of her clients understanding of the homebuying process and is dedicated to her work in the Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Winneconne, and Wautoma areas.

Pam graduated with an Associate of Arts in Health Administration and Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and is a certified military home specialist from Boots Across America. She is proud to support and be involved with Homes for Heroes, the Oshkosh Chamber as an Ambassador, Helping Businesses Build Assets networking group, and Journey Together Service Dogs as the President of the board. When she's not in the office or volunteering, she enjoys taking warm vacations with her husband, Fred, and spending time with her 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
