Shaun Coffey has more than 26 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of home financing with ease. Shaun is also known for his exceptional communication skills and his ability to build lasting relationships with homebuyers. He enjoys breaking down intricate financial concepts, ensuring that his clients feel informed and confident throughout the mortgage process.

Through Waterstone Mortgage, Shaun has the ability to lend in 48 states, but he primarily serves homebuyers in the greater Orlando, Florida area. He offers a variety of home loans, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans, as well as down payment assistance (DPA) programs and loans for first-time homebuyers. Shaun’s favorite part of working in the mortgage industry is the opportunity to help people achieve their homeownership goals and build their real estate portfolio.

Shaun has been married for over 10 years and has a dog (a Chiweenie) named Dobby. He loves traveling the world and, despite happily living in Florida, he truly enjoys winter weather and snow! Shaun majored in Finance at the University of Central Florida. He has a passion for supporting organizations such as the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, Give Kids the World, and Equality Florida.
