Tracie Denney

While she is fairly new to the mortgage industry, Tracie has already developed a strong knowledge for loan programs and a passion for helping her clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. As a native of Farmington, she knows the area well – and is excited to help homebuyers find their first or next home in this area and beyond. In fact, through Waterstone Mortgage, she is able to offer home loans in 48 states.

Outside of work, Tracie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She loves camping, razor riding, gardening, and travelling to Arizona so she can enjoy the warm weather and visit with friends. She’s also passionate about home decorating – a perfect complement to her career!
